808 & in the whole Joyntly and firmly by these p.rsents as Witness our hands & seals this 19.th day of June in the second Year of her Majestys Reign Annoq Dm 1703 The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above bounden Vincent Hemsley do well and truly serve her said Maj.ty her heires and Successors in the office of High Sheriff of the said County of Talbot within this province afsd and also shall render unto her said Maj.ty & other her said Officers a true faithfull and Pfect Account of all and singular her said Majestys rights and dues & to her officers a true and Just Acco.t of their Fees that he shall or may be intrusted with by her Majestys Gov.r & other her Off.rs within this province afd to receive & Collect & his Acco.t to her said Majesty her heires & successors or to her or their Gov.r here for the time being For the Fines and Forfeitures & other dues belonging to her said Ma.tys Gov.rnm.t as also his acco.t of all Fees dues or sums of mony or Tob.o For Levys or Fees due to any her Majestys Officers & other Good people within this province shall shall pass an Acco.t for by the tenth day of Aprill next ensuing the date hereof and in all other things as sher of the County of Talbot shall behave himself well and honestly towards all Psons according to the best of his power skill and knowledge then this obligation to be voyd & of no Effect or else to stand in full force strength & vertue signd seald & deliverd Vin Hemsley (seal) in the p.rsence of Tho Robins (seal) Richard Tilghman M Earle (seal) Robert Finley Maryland fs Know all Men by these p.rsents that Wee Aquila paca of Baltemore County Gent & John Hall & James Philips of the County of Baltemore in the province |
