       Know all Men by these presents that Wee John Hynson
       Matthias Vanderheyden and John Stoope all of Cecill
       County Gent are holden and firmly bound to our soveraign
       Lady Queen Anne &c in the full and Just Sume of two
       hundred thousand pounds of Good Sound Merchantable
       tob.o in Cask to be payd to her said Majesty her heires and
       successors to the which payment well and truly to be made
       wee bind our selves & e            of us our &
       of our heires Ex.rs and Adm.rs Joyntly and severally for
       the whole and in the whole firmly by these presents seald
       with our seals dated this thirteenth day of June in the
       third year of her Maj.tys Reign Annoq Dm 1704

The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above
bound John Hynson do well and truly serve her said Majesty her
heires and successors in the office of High Sheriff of the County of Cecill
within the above said province and also shall render unto her said
Majesty & other her said Officers a true faithfull and Pfect acco.t of
all and singular her said Majestys rights and dues & to his Off.rs a true
and just Acco.t of their Fees that he shall or may be trusted with
by his Majestys Governo.r and other his Officers within the province
afsd to receive and Collect and his Acco.t to her sd Majesty her
heires and successors or to her or their Governo.r here for the time
being for the fines and Forfeitures and other dues belonging to her
said Majestys Governour as also his Acco.t of all Fees dues or sums of
mony or tob.o for leavys or Fees due to any her Majestys Officers and
other good people within this province shall pass an Acco.t for by the
tenth day of Aprill next ensuing the date hereof and in all other things
as sher of the said County Cecill shall behave himself well and honestly
towards all persons according to the best of his power skill and
