                            Know all Men by these that We Roger
       Woolford Hugh Eccleston and John Kirk all of the County of
       Dorchester in the province afores.d Gentlemen are holden and
       firmly bound unto our sovereign Lady Queen Ann by the
       Grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland Defender
       of the Faith in the full sum and just Quantity of two hundred
       thousand pounds of good sound Merchantable leaf tob.o and
       Casq to be payd to her Majesty her heires and successors to the
       Which payment well and truly to be payd Wee bind our
       selves and either of us our and either of our heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs
       Joyntly and Severally for the whole and in the whole firmly by
       these presents as witness our hands & seals the fourth day of
       Aug.t in the second Year of her Majestys Reign Annoq Dm 1703

    The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden
    Roger Woolford do well and truly serve her Maj.ty her Heires and successo.rs
    in the office of High Sher of the Said County of Dorchester within the
    province aforesaid and allso shall render unto her said Majesty & other
    her said Officers a true faithfull and Pfect Account of all and singular
    her sd Ma.tys Rights and dues and to a true and just Account of their Fees
    that he shall or may be intrusted with by her Maj.tys Gov.r & other her
    off.rs within this province afd to receive and Collect and his Account
