       of the said County in this province aforesaid and also shall
       render unto her said Majesty & other her said officers a true
       faithfull and perfect Account of all and singular her said
       Majestys Rights and dues and to her Officers a true & Just
       account of their Fees that he shall or may be Intrusted with
       by her Majestys Governo.r & other her Officers within this
       province aforesaid to receive and Collect and his Account
       to her said Majesty her heires and Successors or to her or
       their Gov.r here for the time being for the Fines & Forfeitures
       & other dues belonging to her said Majestys Government
       as also his account of all Fees Dues or Sums of mony or tob.o
       for levys or Fees due to any her Majestys officers & others
       good people within this province shall pass an Account
       for by the tenth day of Aprill next ensuing the date hereof
       and in all other things as sher of the said County shall behave
       himself well and honestly towards all Psons according to the
       best of his power shill and knowledge then this obligation to
       be voyd and of no Effect or else to stand in full force strength
       & vertue
