Court and the Courts where you practice and yo.r Deputys what is allowed in the County Co.rts And because wee would not that you should want any assistance Councill or Advice in the Management or prosecution of our Affaires aforesaid under yo.r Care and Charge Wee Doe therefore Comand and Injoyn the severall attornys practitioners and Councillors at Law that now are or hereafter shall be approved and allowed of by us or our Governour or Comander in Chief in and over our said province to give and impart to you their or any of their Councill or Assistance in any Matter or thing that you shall Judge or think necessary or requisite for our service Provided such Attornys practitioners & Concillors at Law are not retaind ^against us^ in such Matter as you shall require their Advice Councill and Assistance in which Case and no other they are to be dispensd with And that you may be the better Informd in all Matters & things as relate to our service either from Evidences or Informers to forme yo.r process and proceedings on Certainty and Verity Wee Judge itt necessary for our service and therefore Doe hereby Authorize and Impower you to administer any oath or oaths to any witness or witnesses In former or Informer that shall be sumond or pretend to give Evidence in any Cause or Matter when and as often as you shall find the same requisite for our service To Have hold use exercise & Injoy the said Office & the perquisites and profitts to the same belonging during our pleasure Given at our town and port of Annapolis under the Great seale of our said province of Maryland the |
