800 x.d Anne by the Grace of God of England Scotland France & Ireland Queen Defender of the Faith &c To William Bladen late of the Inner Temple London but now of the port of Annapolis and one of the Attornys of our provincial Co.rt in our province of Maryland Gent.n Greeting Out of the Especiall Trust and Confidence Wee have and doe Repose in yo.r Faith fullness Diligence Circumspection prudence Knowledge and unde^r^standing in our Laws of England and this province Wee Have Nominated and by these presents Doe Constitute ordain and appoint You the said William Bladen our Attorny Generall and prosecutor of our suites pleas or Accons within our province of Maryland whether Criminall or Civill Reall personall or Mixt or of what Nature or kind soever to be prosecuted and attended by our self in our provincial Court of our said province of Maryland and such County Courts as you shall practice in and by discreet and able psons as you for that purpose shall from time ^to Time^ appoynt and depute under you in the severall County Courts of this province where you do not practice of which you are required to take due Care as much as in you lyes And you and they so deputed under you are hereby permitted and granted to demand require and Receive to yo.r and their own proper uses and behoofs all such sallarys profitts perquisites Fees and Regards as now are or hereafter shall be settled Granted or due by Law (that is to say) to your self what is allowed in the provincial |
