782 Work before he went out of this province & further saith us his William W Willoughby Mark The above Deposition made upon oath in the prov.l Court May 1704 Test Th Bordley Clk The Deposition of Richard Mekins of Dorchester County aged about sixty two Years Being escaied & sworn saith that he was employed by George Seward who was then at worke for the Lord Baltemore for to Carry a Pcell of Goads to his wife in Dorchester County and that the said Seward had the Goods of the Lord Baltemore & further saith not his Richard M Mekins Mark The above Deposition made on oath in the prov.ll Court May 1704 Test Th Bordley Clk This Indenture made the six and twentyeth day of October in the year of our Lord 1700 Between Charles Blake of Talbott County Gent Heire at law to and Executor of the last will and Testament of Coll.o peter sayer late of the said County decd & Henrietta Mariah his wife of the one part & Charles Carroll of Ann Arundell County ^Gent^ of the other part Whereas the right hon.ble Cecilius Absolute Lord and proprietary of the province of Maryland Lord Baron of Baltemore &c of noble |
