       together with all & singular the houses edifices buildings
       Gardens Orchards pastures woods Underwoods Inclosures
       Improvem.ts Comons & Rights of Comonage to them or any of
       them belonging or in any wise appertayning as likewise
       the Tract or Town land called Clarkes Look which now is
       sealed by him contiguous to & adjacent on the falls of
       a branch of puttuxent & near a tract of Land called Maidens
       Fancy now in the possession of Neale Clark Containing
       four hundred & ninety six acres be the same more a tract or
       less & a tract of Land called Bear Swamp containing
       three hundred acres be the same more or less as also another ^as also another^
       tract of Land called bear Swamp add Caske Cont.a five hundred acres
       be the same more or less tract of Land all scituate lying & being in prince Georges
       County in the said province of Maryland with all &
       every the Appendances & appurtenances to them any or
       either of them belonging or in any wise appertaining or reputed
       to belong or appertain As also Tenn slaves which the said
       Clark has now in his possession together with The ^increase^ &
       issue thereof To have & to hold all & singular the above
       named six tracts or parcells of Land together with the sd
       tenn slaves herein & hereby bargaind & sold & intended
       to be hereby bargaind & sold with all & singular the
       Appendances & appurtenances thereunto belonging or
       in any wise appertaining unto him the said Gabriell
       parrott his heires & assigns for ever to the only use & behoofe
       of him the said Gabriel parrott his heires & assigns for ever
       & to no other use or behoofe whatsoever And the said
       Clark doth hereby for him his heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs Covenant
       promise & Gran Conclude to & with the said Gabriel parrott
       his heires & assigns for ever that he the said Rich.d Clark
