771 Maryland fs May prov.l Co.rt 1704 Samuel Young & William Bladen esq.rs acknowledge the within deed according to the powers & authoritys to them given to the uses intents & purposes therein mencond & according to Act of Assembly in such Cases made &c.a Acknowledged ed in open Court Test T Bordley Clk prov.l This Indenture made the Eighth day of May one thousand seven hundred & four Between Richard Clark of Ann Arundell County in the province of Maryland Gent of the one part & Gabriel parrott of the said County planter of the other part Witnesseth that the said Richard Clark for & in Consideration of the sume of Eight hundred & forty pounds sterl currant & lawfull mony of England to him in hand paid by the said Gabriel parrott before the Ensealing & Delivery of these p.rsents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge & thereof & of every part & parcell thereof doth hereby for him his heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs clearly & absolutely acquitt Exonerate & Discharge the said Gabriel parrott his heires & assigns for ever hath Given Granted Aliened Bargaind sold enfeoffed Releasd made over & Confirmd as by these p.rsents he doth hereby Give Grant alien Bargain sell enfeoff Release & Confirme unto the said Gabriell parrott his heires & assigns for ever All that & those the Town Lands Tracts & plantations herein after mencond (that is to say) the plantation or tract of Land whereon the said Clark now dwelleth containing four hundred acres called Clarks Inheritance & a tract of Land called Elizabeths Fancy containing two hundred twenty five Acres & also a tract or pcell of Land called Clarks purchase containing fifty Acres be they more or less All scituate lying & being in the said County of Ann arundell (together |
