       Messuages Dwelling houses & other houses orchards Gardens
       woods hereditam.ts Chattles goods Stock Lands & all the other
       the p.rmisses w.th their & every of their appurtences above
       hereby released quitt claimed rattifyed & confirmed to the
       said James Heath his heirs Executors Adm.rs & Assignes
       to his & their owne proper use & Uses in Manner & forme
       before specifyed against me my heirs Exec.rs Adm.rs and
       Assignes and every of us shall & will warrant & for ever
       Defend by these p.rsents And lastly I the said Thomas
       Hacket Doe hereby for me my heirs Exec.rs & Adm.rs and
       for every of us Covenant promise & agree to & w.th the said
       James Heath his heirs Exec.rs Adm.rs and assignes by these
       p.rsents that I the said Thomas Hackett my heirs Exec.rs &
       adm.rs or any of us shall & will at all times hereafter at
       the reasonable request Cost & Charges in the Law of the
       said James Heath his heirs Exec.rs Adm.rs & Assignes Make
       Doe performe and Execute all such further & other
       Lawfull & Reasonable act Matter & thing whatsoever
       for the further better & more absolute assureing Conveying
       and Confirming of the p.rmisses aforemenconed &
       every parte thereof unto the said James Heath his
       heirs Exec.rs Adm.rs and Assignes for ever as by the Councell
       Learned in the Law of the said James Heath shall be
       reasonably devised advised & required according to the
       Acts & Constitutions of Maryland afsd In witness
       whereof I the said Thomas Hackett have hereunto sett
       my hand & seale this seven & twentyeth day of Aug.t
       Anno Dom 1698  And in the Tenth yeare of
       the Reigne of our soveraigne Lord King William
       the third over England &c
