       me the said Thomas Hackett w.thin the province
       afsd and w.ch were the Moyety of the Lands plantacons
       Tenem.ts hereditam.ts & p.rmisses of the said Theophilus
       Hackett by any wayes or Means w.tsoever or howsoever
       To have and to hold the said plantacon Messuages
       Dwelling houses & other houses Orchards Gardens
       woods hereditam.ts Chattles goods Stock Lands & all
       other the p.rmisses w.th their & every of their appurtences
       above hereby remised released rattifyed & Confirmed
       or Meant menconed or intended to be hereby
       fully clearly & absolutely remised released rattifyed &
       Confirmed unto the said James Heath his heirs Exec.rs
       Adm.rs & Assignes for ever to the onely proper use &
       behoofe of the sd James Heath his heirs Exec.rs adm.rs
       and assignes for ever & to & for now other use intent
       or purpose whatsoever Excepting & Reserving the rents
       and services that shall grow due to the Cheife Lord or
       Lords of the Fee or Fees of the p.rmisses for & in respect
       of his or there seigniory or seignioryes Nor any or of us
       nor any other p.rson or p.rsons as of right Due and
       accustomed in the province of Maryland afsd soe
       that neither I the said Thomas Hackett my heirs exec.rs
       or adm.rs nor any of us nor any other p.rson or p.rsons for
       us or in out or any of our Names or Name or in the Name
       right or Stead of any of us shall or will by any wayes or
       meanes hereafter have claime Challenge or Demand
       any Estate right title or Interest of in or to the p.rmisses
       or any part or parcell thereof but from all & every
       Accon Right Estate Title Interest & Demand of in or to
       the said plantacon Tracts Lands Tenem.ts hereditam.ts
       goods Chattles Stock & p.rmisses afsd & every part thereof
       shall be utterly Excluded and barred for ever by these
       p.rsents & alsoe that I the said Tho Hackett my heirs
