       Ironmonger of London send Greeting in our Lord God
       Everlasting Know Yee that I the said Thomas Hacket for
       Diverse good Causes & Consideracons me here unto moveing
       and alsoe in Consideracon of the sume of five shillings of
       Lawfull money of England to me in hand at & before the
       Ensealing & Delivery of these p.rsents by James Heath of
       London M.rchant well & truely payd the Receipt whereof
       I doe hereby acknowledge & thereof & of every part thereof
       Doe clearly & absolutely acquitt Exonerate & Discharge the
       said James Heath his heirs Exec.rs adm.rs & assignes by these
       p.rsents have remised released quitt Claimed ratifyd & Confirmed
       & by these p.rsents for my self & my heirs Exec.rs & Adm.rs
       Doe fully clearly & absolutely remise release quitt Claime
       ratifye & Confirme unto the said James Heath in his actuall
       and peaceable possession now being & to his Heirs & Assignes
       for ever  All such Right Estate Title Interest Claime and
       Demand whatsoever as I the said Thomas Hackett had or ought
       to have in or to all that part share & pporcon of All
       that p.rcell of Land & orchard scituate Lying & being on
       the North Side of Severne River in the province of
       Maryland in America att a point now comonly called
       Hacketts Point Together w.th one Moyety or one halfe
       part of all that plantacon Tract of Land & Building
       now or late in the Tenure or occupation of Nath.a Everett
       Containeing in the said Two parcells Two hundred Acres
       More or Less and the one Moyety or halfe part of all
       that Tract of Land Lyeing ^in^ or Neare Backe river Neare
       Potapsco River Containeing three hundred acres more or
       Lesse Late in the possession of Theophilus Hackett late
       of the said province shoemaker Deced  And the one
       Moyety or halfe part of all that Tract of Land Lyeing
       neare the said potapsco River Containing one hund.rd
       Acres more or lesse together w.th all the Dwellings and
       other houses Orchards Cattles Gardens Stock woods and
       appurtences thereon Erected built standing or being
