       he the said Alexander parran his heires & Assigns shall &
       may for ever hereafter peaceably & Quietly have hold use
       occupy possess & Enjoy the before bargaind p.rmisses &
       every part thereof without the Lett hindrance or
       Molestation of him the said Nathaniel Ashcom or any
       person claiming under him  And further that the p.rmisses
       afd & every part thereof at the time of the Ensealing &
       Delivery hereof are free & Clear of & from all Charges &
       Incumbrances whatsoever made or done by him the said
       Nathaniell Ashcom The Rents & services from henceforth
       to grow due & payable to the Cheif Lord or Lords of the Fee or
       Fees of the premisses only Excepted & foreprized  And
       lastly that he the said Nathaniel Ashcom his heires or
       Assigns shall & will at all times hereafter at the request &
       Charges of the said Alexander parran his heires Ex.rs
       Adm.rs or Assigns make such further & other Conveyance
       & Assurance of the afd p.rmisses as shall be needfull Necessary
       & Convenient In Witness whereof the partys aforesaid to these
       Indentures have Interchangeably sett their hands &
       seals the day & year first above written

                The foregoing Deed was thus Endorsd      viz.t
Seald & Delivered in the
p.rsence of
                   Rich.d Smith                  Memorandum that the lands
                   Edward Mason            & p.rmisses within mencond was
                   Geo Parker               before us two of her Ma.tys Justices of
                                                 the peace for that County of Calvert
                                              acknowledged by the within mencond Nathaniell
