       the Estate Right Title Interest Inheritance Trust property
       Claime & Demand whatsoever of him the said Nathaniel
       Ashcom party to these p.rsents of in & to the same p.rmisses &
       every or any part or pcell thereof with the Appurtenances
       And all Deeds Evidences & Writings of him the said Nathaniel
       Ashcom touching or Concerning the same p.rmisses only or
       only any part thereof  And true Copp of all such other Writings
       as touch or Concerne the p.rmisses Joyntly with any other Lands
       or plantations of or belonging to the said Nathaniel Ashcom
       party to these p.rsents  To have & To hold the said four severall
       peeces or parcells of Land & all & singular other the p.rmisses
       herein before mencond or intended to be hereby given Granted
       bargaind & sold alyend Releasd & Confirmd & every part &
       parcell thereof with the Appurts unto the said Alexander parran
       his heires & Assigns to the only proper use & behoofe of him y.e
       said Alexander parran his heires & Assigns for ever  And the said
       Nathaniel Ashcom for himself his heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs doth
       hereby Covenant Grant & agree to & with the said Alexander
       parran his heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs in manner & forme following
       (viz.t)  That the afd p.rmisses hereby Granted to the said Alex.r
       parran his heires & Assigns from & against him the said Nathaniel
       Ashcom his heires & Assigns shall & will warrant & for ever Defend
       by these p.rsents  And that he the said Nathaniel Ashcom at
       the time of the Ensealing & Delivery of these p.rsents is true
       & lawfull Owner of the before bargaind premisses & hath in
       himself full power & authority to give Grant bargain sell
       aliene release & Confirm the before bargaind p.rmisses  And that
