       Ireon Hill and runing up the fresh afd
       North North west five hundred and Eighty perches
       to a marked Hicory tree thence west four hundred
       and thirty perches to a marked Oake thence South
       Five hundred perches and thirty and seaven
       to a marked Oake thence East six hundred Twenty
       and seaven perches to the first bounded tree
       Containing and then laid out for one thousand
       Five hundred Ninty and three acres more or less
       according to the Certificate taken and returrned
       into the land office at the Citty of St Maryes
       baring date the Tenty Ninth day of November
       one thousand six hundred Eighty three will
       more at large appear Together with all rights
       profitts and benefitts and Priviledges thereunto
       belonging Royall Mynes onely Excepted To
       Have and To Hold to him the said Thomas
       Cassey his heires and assignes for Ever which
       said tract or parcell of land soe Granted to the
       said Thomas Cassey as above Menconed hee
       the said Thomas Cassey by these presents Doth
       for himselfe his heires Execut.rs and adm.rs
       grant and agree hereby Convey over the same
       to the aforemenconed Phillip Lynes his heires
       Execut.rs adm.rs and assignes for Ever together
       with the Messuages out houses orchards Timber
       and all other appurtenances thereunto belonging
       with all other rights Benefitts and appurtenances
       thereunto belonging To Have and to hold the
       afd bargained premisses to him the said phillip
       his heires Ex.rs administrat.rs and assignes from
       the said Thomas Cassey his heires Execut.rs and adm.rs
       for Ever and the said Thomas Doth hereby
