       perches then west three hundred and Twenty
       perches thence North one hundred perches from
       thence with a direct line to the first bounded
       tree  To Have and To Hold the said land
       and premisses with their and Every of their
       appurtences (Excepted before Excepted)
       unto the said Joseph Wilson his heires
       and assignes for Ever To the only proper use
       and behoofe of the said Joseph Wilson his
       heires and assignes for Evermore  And the said
       Arthur Thompson Doth by these presents for
       himselfe his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs and for Every
       of them Covenant promise and Grant to
       and with the said Joseph Wilson his heires
       and Assignes in Manner and forme following
       (that is to say) that he the said Arthur Thompson
       and his heires the premisses afd the thappurtences
       and Every parte and parcell thereof unto

       assignes against him the said Arthur Thompson
