704 parcell of Land scittuate lyeing and being in Baltemore County on the ridge of Gunpowder River Called or Knowne by the name of Thompsons Choyce Begining at a bounded Oake being the westermost bounds of a tract of land formerly laid out for Maj.r sewell and runing west five hundred perches to a bounded Oake standing by the Great falls and runing North from the said Oake three hundred and Twenty perches then Eat five hundred perches then with a straight line to the first bounded tree Containing and formerly laid out for one thousand acres of land be the same more or less together with all and all and all Manner of houses out houses trees woods underwoods wayes waters Water Courses profitts Comodities advantages emoluem.ts and appurtences whatsoever to the same belonging All which said premisses were heretofore the Estate and inherritance of James Thompson late of Calvert County Gent Decd Brother of the said Arthur and the Revercon and Revercons remainder and remainders rents Issues and profitts of all and singular the said premisses and Every parte and parcell thereof and alsoe all the Estate right title interest propty Clayme and Demand whatsoever of into and out of the said land and premisses and Every parte and parcell thereof Except and out of this present Grant allwayes saved and for Ever reserved unto Gabrill parrott of Annarund.ll County Merchant Two hundred acres of land part of the said one thousand acres heretofore sold to him by the said James Thompson Decd begining at the Northermost bounded tree of the Land and runing South one hundred (perches) |
