703 This Indenture made the Twenty fifth Day of August in the first year of the reigne of our sovereigne Lady Anne by the Grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland Queen Defender of the faith &ct Annoq.r Dn 1702 Beetween Arthur Thompson of Clements Bay in St Maryes County in the province of Maryland planter of the one parte and Joseph Wilson of Calvert County in the province afd planter of the other parte wittnesseth that the said Arthur Thompson for and in Consideration of the sume of one hundred and Ten pounds Currant Money of England to him in hand paid by the said Joseph Wilson at or before thensealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he the said Arthur Thompson Doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom doth acquitt Exonate and Discharge the said Joseph Willson his heires Executors and administrators and Every of them by these presents and for Diverse other good Causes and Considerations him the said Arthur Thompson thereunto moveing Hath Granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed released and Confirmed and by these presents Doth Grant bargaine sell aliene Enfeoffe release and Confirme unto the said Joseph Willson his heires and assignes for Ever All that peece or (pcell) |
