       and other lawfull and reasonable act and acts
       thing and things devices and Devices in the Law
       Conveyance and assureance in the law whatsoever
       for the further assureance surety and suremaking
       setling and Conveying the afd land and premisses
       with the appurtences unto him the said John Gressam  
       his heires and assignes for Ever as by the said
       John Gressam his heires or assignes or his or their
       Councill in the law shall be reasonably devised
       advised or required  In wittness whereof
       the parties first above named have hereunto
       interchangeably sett their hands and seales the day
       and year above written
