       Doth further Covenant promise Grant and
       agreed to and with the said John Gressam
       his heires and assignes in Manner and
       forme following that is to say that he the
       said John Gressam his heires and assignes
       shall and may from time to time and at
       all times for ever hereafter lawfully peaceably
       and quietly have hold use occupie possesse
       and Enjoy the afd parcell of land Containing
       one thousand acres with all and singular
       the premisses before Menconed with their
       and Every of their appurtences without any
       lett hindrance Molestacon or interruption
       whatsoever of him the said George burgess
       his heirs Execut.rs adm.rs or assignes and that
       Free and Clear and freely and Clearly
       acquitted Discharged and Kept undempnified
       of and from all former and other bargaine
       sales guifts grants leases Titles or incumbrances
       whatsoever had made Committed or suffered
       to be done by the said George burgess his
       heires or assignes or by any other person or
       persons by from or under him the said George
       bruges his heires or assignes the rents and services
       that shall Grow due or payable to the lord
       of the fee onely Excepted and more over
       that he the said George burges and his heires
       shall and will at any time hereafter at the
       request and Costs and Charges in the law
       of the said John Gressam his heires or assignes
       make doe acknowledge suffer and Execute
       and suffer or Cause to be made done acknowledged
       Executed and suffer all and Every such further
