       Will from time to time and at all times hereafter
       dureing the terme of seaven yeares now next following
       the date hereof at the reasonable request Cost and
       Charges in the Law of the said Henry Redgley
       his heires and assignes doe make acknowledge
       Execute and suffer and Cause and procure to be
       made acknowledged Executed and suffered all and
       every such further and other lawfull and reasonable
       act and acts assureance and assureances in the Law
       whatsoever for the further and better assureance
       surety and sure makeing and Conveying of all the
       said granted premisses with the appurtences or any
       parte thereof unto him the said Henry Redgley
       his heires and assignes according to the true meaning
       hereof be it by fine Feoffment recovery or otherwise
       as by the said Henry Ridgley his heires or assignes
       or by him the there Councill Learned in the Law in
       that behalfe shall be reasonably devised advised
       or required  And it is mutually agreed and
       Concluded by and between the parties to these
       presents that all and every such other and further
       assureance and assureances to be made as afd of
       the said Granted premisses or any parte thereof
       is meant and intended to be and shall be to the only
       use and behooffe of the said Henry ridgley his
       heires and assignes for Ever and to noe other use
       intent or purpose whatsoever In wittness whereof
       the party first above named to these presents
       their hands and seales interchangeably have sett
       the day and year first above written
