672 seniorys of the afd four hundred acres of land and premisses onely Excepted and foreprized To the use of the said Henry Ridgley his heires and assignes for Ever to doe therewith as is his and their pleasure any thing in these presents Menconed to the Contrary thereof In any wise notwithstanding In wittness whereof the parties first above mentioned have sett their hands seales the day and year above written Signed sealed & Delivered Tho.s Larkin (seale) in the presence of us Tho.s Odell On the back side of the afd Edw.d Batson Conveyance was thus written Memorandum That the within Indenture with the land and premisses therein Contained was acknowledged by Thomas Larkin to be right of the within named Henry Ridgley his heires and assignes for Ever alsoe at the same time Came Margarett Larkin the wife of the said Thomas Larkin who being privately Examined did Confess that she Gave up her right and Interest and Dower of the said land and requested the same may be Inrolled in her Maj.ties Records for prince Georges County in testimony whereof wee Two of her Maj.ties Justices of the said County have hereunto subscribed their names Robert Tyler Tho.s Sprigg Jun.r Feb.ry 6.th 1702/3 Then recd of Co.ll Henry Ridgley the sume of sixteen shillings for the alienation of the within mencond land I say reced for the use of M.r Rich.d Bennitt and James Heath p me Enrolled on record the 19.th day of Aprill 1703 W Taylard Clk sec.ry office P W Taylard Clk |
