       And will warrant and for Ever Defend the
       said parcell of land to the said Henry
       Ridgley his heires and assignes against any
       person or persons Laying Claim thereto
       whatsoever by from or under him the said
       Thomas Larkin and the said Thomas Larkin
       for himselfe his heires Execut.rs and adm.rs
       Doth Covenant promise Grant and agree
       to and with the said Henry Ridgley
       his heires and assignes In manner and forme
       following that is to say That he the
       said Henry Ridley his heires or assignes
       shall and May from time to time and at
       all times for Ever hereafter lawfully peaceably
       and Quietly have hold us Occupy
       posses and Enjoy the said parcell of Land
       Containing four hundred Acres with all and
       singular the premisses before mentioned with
       their and Every of their appurtenances without
       any Lett Molestacon or Interuption whatsoever
       of him the said Thomas Larkin his heires
       Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes and that free and Clear
       and Clearly acquitted Discharged and Kept
       Indamnified of and from all former and
       other bargaines sales Gifts Grants Leases tythes
       or incumbrances whatsoever had made Committed
       or suffered to be done by the said Thomas
       Larkin his heires or assignes or by any other
       person or persons by from or under him the
       said Thomas Larkin his heires or Assignes
       the Rents and services that are or shall from
       hence forth Grow due and payable to the
       Cheife Lord and Lord of the fee and fees
       for or In Respect of his or their seniory or
