(634) Acknowledge and to be therewith fully satisfied and paid and thereof and of Every parte and parcell thereof the said Edward Rumley his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs Doth acquitt Exonerate and Discharge for Ever by these presents Hath Given Granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents Doth for himselfe and his heires fully freely clarly and absolutely Give Grant bargaine sell alien Enfeoff and Confirme unto the said Edward Rumley his heires and Assignes for Ever all that his Moyety or halfe parte of the afd Tract of Land Called midle Neck be the same the quantity of Three hundred acres or upwards together ^w.th^ his right to any surplusage Land that may hereafter happen to be found In the Moyety or halfe parte of the said Tract as afd together ^alsoe^ with the preferrence of his first Choice to the same and alsoe Doe Give and Grant unto the said Edw.d Rumley his heires and assignes for Ever all and singular the Trees woods underwoods now standing growing or being in or upon the said Three hundred acres of Land and premisses hereby intended to be sold or any parte or parcell thereof with all and singular The Rents issues and profitts thereof and the Comoditys ways passages water Courses priviledges and appurtences Thereunto belonging or in any wise (appurtaining) |
