(630) Runing into the lines of former or more ancient surveys or otherwise And further that he the said Nicholas and his heires shall for Ever warr.t and Defend the afd tract of land and premisses and Every parte thereof unto them the said Charles Thomas and Joshua there heires and assignes for Ever and shall from time to time doe or Cause to be done such reasonable acts as by the said Charles Thomas and Joshua there heires and assignes shalbe devised for the further and better assureance surety and sure making of all and singular the premisses hereby bargained and sold or intended hereby to be bargained and sold Provided Nevertheless and it is the true intent and meaning of the parties to the these presents and Every of them that whereas the said Charles Thomas and Joshua have bound themselves on behalfe of the said Nicholas unto Amos Garrett and Richard Johns for the paym.t of of sixty three pounds if therefore the said Nicholas shall well and Truly satisfie Content and pay the said sume of sixty three pounds sterling unto them the said Amos and Richard and the said Charles Thomas and Joshua and Every of them thereby indemnifie save and (Keep) |
