(629) Freish Runn that goes into Elk River then Easterly as the said Runn goeth five hundred and fifty perches then south south East untill In intersect an East North East line drawne from the first bounded tree and w.th the said west south West south west to the first bounded tree Containing one thousand acres More or less together with all Edifices buildings and other appurtenances whatsoever to the said land belonging or in any wise appertaining To Have and To Hold the said tract of land and the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto them the said Charles Tho.s and Joshua there heires and assignes for Ever viz.t one third parte thereof to the said Charles his heires and assignes one third part to the said Tho.s his heires and assignes and one parte to the said Joshua his heires and assignes to the only proper use and behooff of them the said Charles Thomas and Joshua there heires and assignes and to noe other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Nicholas for himselfe and his heires doth hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said Charles Thomas and Joshua there heires and assignes that he the said Nicholas and his heires shall and will at all times hereafter save and Keep harmless all the before Mentioned to be bargained premisses and Every parte thereof from all Manner of incumbrances whatsoever be it by arreares of rent or (runing) |
