       Keep harmless that then this present indenture
       and all Every the Matters and things therein
       Containd to be void and of noe Effect to all intents
       and purposes any thing herein Containd to the
       Contrary thereof in any wise notwithstanding
       In wittness whereof the parties to these
       presents have hereunto interchangeably sett
       to there hands and affixed there seales the
       Day and yeare first above written

       Then Came M.r Nicholas Sporne into Annarund.ll
       County Court and acknowledged the above
       Mentioned Conveyance to be his act and deed

       Assembly in that Case made and provided
