       That he the said Nicholas for and in
       Consideration of the sume of sixty
       Three pounds sterling to him in hand
       paid or secured to be paid by the said
       Charles Thomas and Joshua at or before
       the Ensealing and Delivery of these
       presents the receipt whereof he the
       said Nicholas doth hereby acknowledge
       and thereof and of Every parte and parcell
       thereof he the said Nicholas for himselfe
       and his heires Doth hereby fully Clearly
       and absolutely Exonerate Acquitt and
       Discharge the said Charles Thomas
       and Joshua there heires and assigne for
       Ever Hath Given Granted bargained
       sold aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed
       as by these presents he the said Nicholas
       doth for himselfe and his assignes heires
       Give Grant bargaine sell aliene Enfeoff
       and Confirme unto him the said Charles
       Thomas and Joshua there heires and
       assignes all that the afd tract or parcell
       of land Called Quigleys Grove lying
       on the East side of Elk River
       Begining at a bounded Tree of the
       said land of M.r Griffen Jones Called
       the Griffen standing by the road of
       Elk River thence runing with the
       the said road Northerly to the Great
