       sev.rally Doe Covenant promise Grant & Agree to and
       with the said Comissioners Partyes to these p.rsents
       there Exec.rs and Adm.rs by these p.rsents in Manner and
       forme following that is to say that they the said Rob.t
       Spicer W.m Adams and James Wagstaffe their Exec.rs
       and Adm.rs shall & will use his and their utmost Endeavours
       and means to sell & Dispose of the said sev.rall
       Goods Chattles Wares & M.rchandizes & to receive and
       gett in the said Debts & Sumes of Money in the sd
       Schedule or Inventory hereunto annexed menconed
       with the utmost speed & to teh best advantage they
       can or may  And further That they the sd Rob.t Spicer
       W.m Adams and James Wagstaffe their Exec.rs and
       Adm.rs shall & will from time to time & at al times
       hereafter upon reasonable Request or Notice to
       them given for that purpose under the hands of
       the said Comissioners authorised as afsd by the said
       Comission authorized or the Major part of them
       Render & Give unto the said Comissioners authorized
       as afsd or the Major part of them a just & True
       account of all & every such Sume & Sumes of Money
       or other Satisfaccon as the said Rob.t Spicer W.m
       Adams & James Wagstaffe their Exec.rs or Adm.rs
       shall have raised obtained or received by force vertue
       and meanes of this p.rsent  Deed of Assignem.t or otherwise
       out of the Estate of the said Hugh Calverly and
       Rob.t Scott and all such moneys & other satisfaction
       as upon such account shall appeare to be had
       raised & received by them as afsd they the said
       Rob.t Spicer W.m Adams & James Wagstaffe their
       Exec.rs or Adm.rs shall & will well & ^truly^ pay or Cause to be
       paid unto the said Comissioners in and by the said
       Comission Authorized or the Major Part of them or
