       Appoint under their hands as afsd  To the End the same
       Moneys or other satisfaccon may be by them the said Comission.rs
       or the Major part of them Ordered disposed distributed and
       divided unto and amongst them the said Rob.t Spicer W.m
       Adams and James Wagstaffe & such other of the Credit.rs of
       the said Hugh Calverly & Rob.t Scott as have already
       sought or shall hereafter in due time come in & seeke
       Releife by virtue of the said Comission & Contribute towards
       the Charges thereof according to the Limitacons
       of the said statutes therein Menconed as afsd and to y.e
       End the same Moneys & other satisfaccon may be Answ.rd
       and paid to the said Creditors seekeing Relief as afsd
       proporconably according to the sev.rall Debts to them
       sev.rally & Respectively & Rob.t Scott according to the
       Deed of Dividend or Distribution hereafter to be Made
       of the same by the said Comissioners  And the said Rob.t
       Spicer W.m Adams & James Wagstaffe for themselves
       their Exec.rs & adm.rs doe hereby Joynctly & Sev.rally further
       Covenant Promise Grant & Agree to & w.th the said Comission.rs
       Partyes to these p.rsents & to & w.th every of them by these p.rsents
       that they the said Rob.t Spicer W.m Adames & James Wagstaffe
       their Exec.rs & adm.rs shall & will from time to time
       and at all times hereafter well & sufficiently save defend
       Keepe harmless & Indemnifyed them the said Commissioners
       in & by the said Comission Named & Authorized & their and
       every of their Goods Chattles Lands Tenem.ts of & from all
       and all Manner of Accon & Accons Costs Charges & Damages
       whatsoever w.ch shall or May at any time hereafter
       arise happen grow or come to them the sd Comissioners or
       Either or any of them their or Either or any or Either
       of their Exec.rs or adm.rs for or by reason of this p.rsent
