       Partyes to these p.rsents in further execucon of the said Comission
       and by force & vertue thereof and the statutes therein
       mentioned and for & in Consideracon of the sume of five
       shillings of Lawfull money of England to them the said Comissioners
       in hand paid by the said Rob.t Spicer W.m Adams and
       James Wagstaffe at and before the Ensealing and Delivery
       of these p.rsents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
       and alsoe inconsideracon of the Covenants herein after Conteined
       on the part and behalfe of the said Rob.t Spicer W.m Adams and
       James Wagstaffe their Exec.rs and Adm.rs to be performed
       Have bargained sold Transferred Assigned & sett over and
       by these p.rsents doe (as much as in them the said Comissoners
       Lyeth & they Lawfully may) bargaine Sell Transferr Assigne
       and sett over unto the said Rob.t Spicer W.m Adams and
       James Wagstaffe their Exec.rs Adm.rs & Assignes All &
       singular the said goods Chattles Wares and M.rchandizes
       Debts sumes & sumes of Money in the said Schedule or Inventory
       to these p.rsents annexed menconed & every Part
       and parcell thereof  To Have Hold Sue for Recover and
       all and singular the said goods Chatles Wares & M.rchandizes
       Debts Sume & Sumes of money herein before bargained sold
       Transferd Assigned & sett over or hereby meant menconed or
       intend soe to be unto the said Rob.t Spicer W.m Adams &
       James Wagstaffe their Exec.rs Adm.rs & Assignes  On Trust
       to and for the use behoofe benefitt & advantages of the
       said Rob.t Spicer W.m Adams & James Wagstaffe and
       such other of the Creditors of the said Hugh Calverly & Rob.t
       Scott as have already sought or shall hereafter in due
       time Come in and seek Releife by vertue of the said
       Comission & Contribute towards the Charges thereof according
       to the Limitatcons & Direccons of the sev.rall statutes
       in the said Comission mentioned some or one of them
       and to and for noe other Use Intent & purpose whatsoever
       And the said Rob.t Spicer W.m Adams & James Wagstaffe
       for themselves their Exec.rs Adm.rs & Assignes Joynctly and
