       & Every Pt & Pcell thereof unto him the sd Edward Dorsey his heires
       & assignes forever ag.t all Manner of Psons claiming or to
       claime any right title or interest thereunto from by or under
       him or from by or under any other person or persons whatsoever
       And the sd John & Tho.s Larkins for themselves & their heires
       doe hereby Covenant promise Grant & agree to & w.th
       the sd Edward Dorsey his heires & assignes that they
       the sd John & Tho.s Larkin & there heires shall & will
       att all time for ever hereafter doe make acknowledge
       suffer & Execute or cause to be made done acknowledged
       suffered & Executed all & Every such further &
       other act or acts thing or things Device or Devices
       in the law as by the sd Edward Dorsey his heires Ex.rs
       Adm.rs or assignes or his or their Councell learned in
       the law shall from time to time reasonably Devised
       or advised for the further & better assureance surety &
       suremaking of all & singular the p.rmisses hereby
       bargained & sold or intended to be hereby bargained &
       sold  In wittness whereof the Parties first above named
       have interchangeably sett their hands & affixed their
       seales the day & year first above written
