       seeking and Endeavouring to gett there Liveing by bying selling
       Tradeing and Dealing as afsd did by Reason of such there
       Tradeing & Dealeing be come Indebted unto the said Rob.t Spicer
       William Adams and James Wagstaffe and others his Creditors
       in Sev.rall Sumes of money amounting in the whole to the sume
       of Three hundred pounds & upwards and that being soe indebted
       they the said Hugh Calverly & Rob.t Scott did in the Judgem.t
       of them the said Comissioners Partyes to these p.rsents before the
       Date and suing forth of the said Comission become Bankrupts
       to all Intents and Purposes w.thin the Compass and true meaneing
       of the sev.rall Statutes made concerning Bankrupts some
       or one of them  And whereas the said Comissioners
       partyes to the p.rsents in further Execucon of the said Comission
       have seized & taken into their Custody divers goods weres
       and M.rchandizes & other things of and belonging to them
       the said Hugh Calverly and Rob.t Scott or one of them
       which have been Inventoryed and appraised by men of
       skill and Judgem.t therein at the sume of Three hund.rd
       Pounds of Lawfull money of England the perticulars of
       which said goods Chattles Wares and M.rchandizes and at
       what Rates the same have been vallued & apprased are
       mentioned and expressed in the said Schedule or Inventory
       hereunto Annexed  And whereas alsoe the said Comissioners
       Partyes to these p.rsents in further Execucon of the
       said Comission and upon the like Examinacon of Witnesses
       and other good proofe upon oath before them had & taken
       have found that at the time the said Hugh Calverly &
       Rob.t Scott became Bankrupts there were and still are
       severall Debts and sumes of Money standing out due
       and oweing unto them the said Hugh Calverly & Rob.t Scott
       the perticulars whereof and the sev.rall p.rsons Names
       from whome they are respectively Due and oweing are allsoe
       mentioned and Expressed in the Schedule or Inventory to
       this p.rsent Indenture of Assignem.t annexed  Now this
       Indenture Witnesseth that the said Comissioners
