       I have discoursed M.r Taylor about the Concerns
       and rent of the houses at Annapolis but being
       in hast Could not wait on your Excy for which
       I desire your Excys favourable Excuse And as to
       the small Affair  I have I do fully referr my self
       to M.r Taylard And for that purpose I hereby fully
       Empower him As well to receive the possession of
       the house as the rents of Any      And Price
                I Am Your Excys most humble serv.t
