       of England Scotland France and Iirland Queen
       Defender of the faith &c.t and In the yeare
       of our Lord God one thousand seaven hundred
       and Two  Between John Larkin and
       Thomas Larkin of Annarundell County
       In the province of Maryland Gent.s of the
       one parte and Edward Dorsey of Baltemore
       County In the province afd Gent of the
       other parte  Wittnesseth that they
       the said John and Thomas Larkin for and
       in Consideration of Ninty pounds of lawfull
       Mony of England to them in hand paid or
       secured to be paid at or before the Ensealing
       and Delivery of these presents the receipt
       whereof they the said John and Tho.s
       Doath hereby acknowledge thereof and
       of Every parte and parcell thereof doth
       acquitt and Discharge the said Edward
       Dorsey his heires for Ever Hath Given
       Granted bargained and sold aliened
       Enffeofed and Confirmed and by these
