       Taylard his wife within named and the
       said Audry being Secretly Examined
       of her Consent according to Law and
       acknowledged the within Land and
       premisses to be the right of the within
       named Stephen Bordley to him his heires

       whatsoever according to Act of Assembly
       in that Case made and provided
