       within named Rich.d Beard and ^Susanna^ his wife &
       acknowledged the w.thin speacified Indenture
       to be their act and Deed and the said
       Susannah  being privately examined
       whether shee did firmely and of her owne
       good will and w.thout any feare and compulcion
       of her said husband Consent to the sale of y.e
       w.thin menconed Land and Pmises before us
