       and lastly the said Rich.d Beard for himselfe his heires
       Execut.rs and adm.rs Doth further hereby covenant
       pmise and grant to and with the said Tho and Nicholas
       Beeson their heires and assignes and every of them by these
       P.rsents that he the said Rich.d Beard his heires Execut.rs
       and adm.rs shall and will from time to time and at all
       times hereafter at the reasonable request and at the
       Costs and Charges of the said Tho and Nich.o Beeson their
       heires or assignes or Either of them make doe Pforme
       acknowledge execute and suffr or Cause to be made Done
       performed acknowledged executed and suffered all and
       every such further lawfull act and acts thing and
       things Devise and devises assureance or assureances &
       Conveyances in the Law whatsoever for the further
       Better and more perfect assureance sure makeing &
       Conveying of all and singuler the before hereby
       granted or menconed to be granted Pmises w.th their
       and every ^of^ their rights members and appurtences to the
       said Tho and Nich.o Beeson there heires and assignes
       for ever be it by fine or fines feofm.t or feofm.ts
       Deed or deeds enroled or not enroled or the Enrolm.t
