       thence south one hundred ninty and Eight ps
       till it intersect a west Line Drawne from the
       first bounded tree Cont.a and Laid out for
       four hundred and nine acres being taken up and
       pattened for Geo Collins baring Date aug.t
       first 1673 Viz.t the third tract of Land Called
       Collins Consent Lyeing on the west side of
       putuxent begining at a marked Oake it
       being the southwest Corner tree of a pcell of
       Land of the said Collins Called mansfeild and
       runing East w.th the sd Land for Length of
       four hundred p.rs to the Marsh Side to a bounded
       Oake then  north by the said Land for the length
       of One hundred ps to a w.t oake thence East
       through the marsh to the river side for the
       Length of two hundred and thirty ps to a point
       of Marsh thence downe the river as the river
       runeth two hundred ps to the mouth of a Creek
       Called Deep Creek then w.th the Creek as the
       Creek runeth four hundred ps to the head of y.e
       said Creek thence w.th a Streight Line to the
       first bounded tree Cont.a and Laid out for
       two hundred and fifty acres taken up and pattend
       for Geo Collins baring Date July the 23.d 1683
       w.th all and singuler their severall rights
       members Jurisdictions and appurtences
