       Left the said Benj.a Evans by Will of George
       Collins Decd) and Lyeing on the west side of
       patuxent river in prince Georges County as
       follow.th Viz.t first a tract of Land Cald Mansfeild
       Lyeing on the west side of potuxent river begining
       at the mouth of a Creek Called Deep Creek
       Otherwyse Called Collins Creek and runing up
       the said river North One hundred ps thence east
       into the woods five hundred ps to a bounded oak
       thence South to the head of Deep Creek thence Down
       the said Creek on the Creek runeth till it intersect
       the first begining Conta and Laid out for two
       hundred and fifty acres taken up and pattened
       for M.r Tho.s Truman in the y.r of our Lord 1664
       aprill the first and by the said Trueman Sould &
       Conveyed to Geo Collins as by the said Deed of
       Sale more fully and largely may appeare Vizt
       the second tract of Land Called the farme
       Lying on the west side of potuxent river in the
       woods begining at a bounded Oake being the
       westermost bound tree of the Land above mencond
       Called May field and runing north three hundred
       sixty four ps to the Line of the land of Maj.r
       Tho.s Brook Called Brooksfeild and thence runing
       by the said Brooks Land southwest and by west
       one hundred ninty and four ps to a bounded Oake
