       or tenem.ts and pmises or to any part or pcell
       of them belonging or in any wyse appertaining
       all w.ch said messuages Lands Tenem.ts & hereditam.ts
       w.th their and Every of their rights members and
       appurtences before in and by these psents
       Menconed or intended to be Granted are Cituate
       Lying and being w.thin the County of P George
       in the province of Maryland w.th all Deeds
       wrightings transcripts Escripts & minuments
       whatsoever touching or Concerning or any part
       of them the said willson to have and to hold
