       This Indenture made the
       ninth Day of October and in the y.r of our Lord 1701
       Between Benj.a Evans of Charles Citty
       County of the One part and Josia Willson of
       Calvert County in maryland of the Other part
       Wittnesseth that the said Benj.a Evans
       for and in Consideracon of the sume of thirty
       pounds of good and Lawfull money of England
       to him in hand paid at and before the Ensealing
       and Delivery of these p.rsents by the said Josia
       Willson well and truely Contented and paid recept
       whereof the said Benj.a Evans Doth hereby
       acknowledge and himselfe therew.th fully
       Sattisfied and paid and thereof and Every part
       thereof Doth Clearely acquitt Exonerate and
       Discharge the said Jo.s Willson his heires Ex.rs
       and ad.rs for Ever and by these psents have
       Given Granted alleined bargained sold Enfeofd
       and Confirmed and by these psents Doth fully
       Clearely and absolutely give Grants bargaine Sell
       alliene Enfeofe and Confirme unto the Said Josias
       and to his heires and assigns for Ever three severall
       tracts of Land adjoyning being nine hundred &
       nine acres as by the severall pattents may &
                                                                   Will
