Gerard Slye and of his heires and assignes for Ever
       Be itt as the Law of England or of this
       province of by Deed or Deeds acknowledgment
       of these presents or any other lawfull wayes
       as by the said Gerard Slye his heires or assignes
       or his or there Councell Learned in the
       Law shall be reasonable Devized advized
       or required paying therefore to the said
       Charles Calvert or his assignes yearly and
       Every yeare one yeare of Indian Corne
       to be paid on the feast day of the nativity
       of our Blessed Saivour if Lawfully demanded
       In wittness whereof the partyes afd
