       July the fourteenth one thousand six
       hundred ^sixty^ and Nine that by vertue of the
       said warr.t he had Laid out for the said
       W.m Calvert Esq.r Father to Charles Calvert
       Gent and Godson to Charles Calvert Esq.r
       a parcell of Land Called Maryes Delight
       lyeing in annarund.ll County C.t as ^by^ returne
       of the said Cert now upon Record in the
       Land office more att Large it Doth and
       may appeare  Now This Indenture
       further wittnesseth that the said Charles
       Calvert Gent for and in Consideracon
       of the sume of Nine thousand pounds
       of Tobacco to him in hand paid by
       the said Gerard Slye att or before the
       Ensealeing and Delivery hereof the receipt
       whereof the said Charles doth hereby
       acknowledge accordingly and himselfe
       to be thereof and therewith fully satisfied
       and thereof and of Every parte thereof
       Doth Clearly Acquitt Exonerate and
       Discharge the said Gerard Slye his
       heires Ex.rs adm.rs and Every of them for
       Ever by these presents Hath Granted
       Bargained sold alliened Enffeofed
       and Confirmed and by these presents
       Doth fully Clearly and Absolutly Grant
       bargain sell allien Enffeof and Confirme
       unto the said Gerard Slye his heires and
       assignes for Ever all that Tract or parcell
       of Land afd Given to the said Charles
       party to these presents in the yeare one
       thousand six hundred sixty and Nine
       by his God Father Charles Calvert Esq.r
      then Leiu.tt Generall of Maryland and
       since Lord propriatary of this province
