       Meadows Fences Enclosures and all other the
       appurtences thereunto belonging or in any
       wyse appertaining to have and to hold the
       afd tract of Land and Pmises unto him y.e
       said Edward Reynolds his heires and assignes
       to the only proper use and behoofe of him

       assignes and to no other use intent or
       purpose whatsoever  And the said
       Edward and Sam.ll thorley and mary the wife
