       Discharge the said Edward Reynolds his heires
       and assignes for Ever Have Given Granted
       bargained sold alleined Enffeofed and Confirmed
       as by these presents they the said Edward &
       Samuell Thorleys and mary the wife of the
       said Sam.ll Do for them and their heires Give
       Grant bargaine Sell alleine Enfeoffe and
       Confirme unto him the said Edward
       Reynolds and to his heires all that the afd
       tract or pcell of Land so as afd Called by
       the same of pascalls Chance Lying in Talbott
       County on the South Side of Chester river and
       on the East Side of a Creek Called Corsica Creek
       Begining at a Marked Sedar Tree
       standing upon a point at the forke of the
       Deviding and being the first bound tree of y.e
       Land formerly Laid out for Ezek Cropcombe
       runing for breadth from the said tree north
       one hundred and fifty P.s Crop the Creek to a
       marked beech tree standing by the Creeke
       side by a small marsh bounded on the north
       by a Line Drawne East from the said beech
       tree for Length two hundred and fourty p.s
       on the East by a Line Drawne South from the
       End of the East Line untill it intersects w.th
       the said Cropcombs Land then on the South
       by a Line Drawne west by the said Land to
       the first named Cedar on the west by y.e
       first north Line Conta and now Laid out for
       two hundred and fifty acres more or Less
       Togather w.th all and singuler the Dwelling
       houses out houses to be houses Gardens
       barnes Stables Orchards Gardens pastures
