       Edward and Saml and mary the wife of
       the said Saml or by any pson or psons
       whatsoever Claiming by from or und.r him
       them or any of them in any wyse  And
       they the said Edward and Samuell
       Thorleys and mary the Wife of the sd
       Saml Do for them and their heires
       Covenant Promise Grant and agree
       to and w.th the said Edward Reynolds and
       his heires that they the said Edward &
       Saml and mary the wife of the said
       Saml their heires and assignes and
       Every of them Shall and will from
       time to time and at all times hereafter
       Do make acknowledge suffer and Execute
       and Cause to be made Done acknowledged
       suffred and Executed all and Every further
       and other act and acts thing and things
       assurance and Conveyance as by the sd
       Edward Reynolds his heires and assignes or
       his or their Councill Lerned in the Law
       from time to time reasonably Devised ^or^ advised
       for the further and better assuring Surety
       and Suremaking of all and singuler the
       Pmises hereby bargained and sold or intended
       to be hereby bargained and sold  And
       Lastly they the said Edwd and Samuell
