       unto George pascall of ann arundell County
       a Certaine tract or pcell of Land Called
       pascalls Chance Lyeing in Talbott County
       and Cont.a two hundred and Fifty acres
       and whereas the said George Did by a
       Certaine Instrument under his hand &
       seale bareing Date the Eight and
       twentyeth Day of october in the yeare of
       our Lord one thousand six hundred
       seaventy four Convey and make over
       all his right title and Intrest of in &
       unto the said tract or Pcell of Land
       unto Edw.d Thorley of talbott County and
       to his heires who by his Last will and
       Testam.t Devised the same to his three
       sons Edw.d John and Sam.ll w.th said John is
       since Dead who before his Decease
       Did by his Last will and Testam.t Devise his
       part of the said Land to Sam.ll his brother
       and to his heires  Now This Indenture
       Witnesseth that they the said Edw.d and Sam.ll
       Thorleys and mary the wife of the said Sam.ll
       for and in Consideracon of the sume of
       thirty pounds stel to them in hand paid or
       Lerned to be paid at or before the Ensealing
       and Delivery of these psents by the said
       Edward Reynolds the receipt whereof they
       the said Edward and Sam.ll Thorleys and mary
       the wife of the said Sam.ll Doth hereby
       acknowledge and thereof and of Every part
       and pcell thereof they the said Edward and
       Samuell and mary the wife of the said Sam.ll
       Doth hereby Exonerate acquitt and
