(534) Running along the March Three hundred and Twenty perches to the first bounded Tree Conteineing by Estimacon Thirteene hundred and fifty acres more or less and for as much as the said Hugh Stanley on or about the Thirtieth Day of July one thousand six hundred sixty and seaven made his Last will and Testam.t and shortly after died wherein amongst other things he did Devise unto the said John stanley and Edward his Brother Nephews to the said Hugh Stanley the foresaid Tract and parcell of Land Now he the said John Stanley who is as well heire att Law to his said unkle Hugh Stanley as alsoe to his brother Edward Stanley Deceased for and in Consideracon of the sume of Three thousand pounds of Tobacco or pro rato for Each hundred acres be the same more or Less in hand paid or secured to be paid before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents Hath and Doath hereby Grant Bargain Sell Release Enffeoff and Confirme unto him the said Tho Dixon his heires and assignes for Ever soe much and such a Quantity of the said Tract of Land as shall happen to fall within the bounds and Lines of a Tract of Land Taken up by one John Williams and now in the possession of one John Brittingham be the same more or less |
