       statutes recognizances Extents Judgents and all
       Charges Estates Titles Troubles and incumbrances w.t
       soever had made Comitted suffered or done or to
       be had made Comitted suffered or done by the sd
       Nicholas Sporne his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or any of
       them or by any other person or persons whatsoever
       And further if default be made of any the payments
       afd or any part thereof at the time or times afd this
       Thence the sd Nicholas Sporne his heires and
       assignes shall and will make do suffer and Execute
       or Cause to be made done suffered and Executed
       all and every such Lawfull and reasonable act
       and acts thing and things devise and devises in the
       Law Whatsoever for the further better and more
       sure makeing and Conveying over thee afores.d three
       pcells and Lands and p.rmises att any Time within
       seven yeares after the date hereof And att the request
       of the sd William Nicholls his heires and Assignes
       as by the sd William Nicholls his heires and Assignes
       or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be
       reasonably advised or devised and required In
       Witness whereof the parties first Above Named
